A two story suburban home with a wide driveway

Where we work

We stay inside north Collin and Denton counties on purpose. In August, a company that can be at your house in ninety minutes is worth more than one with a bigger map.

Towns we serve

  1. Frisco

Home. Mostly 2000s two-stories with two systems, and an upstairs that has never cooled properly since the day it was built.

  2. Plano

Older housing stock with the original ductwork still in place. This is where measuring static pressure earns its keep.

  3. McKinney

From historic downtown bungalows to new builds off 380 — the widest range of equipment we work on.

  4. Little Elm

Lake humidity makes dehumidification matter more here than anywhere else on the list.

  5. Prosper

Large newer homes, usually three systems, where zoning problems get blamed on the equipment.

  6. The Colony

Tight lots and cramped equipment closets. We'll tell you up front if a changeout needs two technicians.

How fast we get there

Callback

A person answers during business hours. Messages left overnight get a call before 8 AM.

No cooling, May to September

Same day, and typically under two hours. Plan members go to the front of that queue.

Routine repair or tune-up

Usually next business day; within the week at the peak of summer.

Emergency service

Around the clock from May through September. After-hours surcharge is $120, never a multiple of the repair.

Replacement install

Most changeouts happen within three business days of you approving the quote.

Outside the area

If you're past Celina or south of Plano we'll say so and give you the name of someone we'd use ourselves.

Not sure if you're in our area?

Call and ask. If you're outside it, we'll point you at someone we'd use ourselves.
