Emergency service runs around the clock from May through September. Outside those months, after-hours calls reach the on-call technician directly.

How quickly will someone get back to me?
A person calls back the same business day. If you have no cooling in July, say so — that goes to the front of the queue.
Do I need to be home?
Yes, for anything inside. We need access to the thermostat, the air handler and the electrical panel.
Will you try to sell me a new system?
No technician here earns a commission, so nobody has a reason to. We'll tell you what we found and what it costs to fix. What you do about it is your call.
How do I pay?
Card or cheque when the work is done. Replacements take a deposit before equipment is ordered, and financing is available without anybody pushing it at you.
